a) Delivery to a postal address
Products purchased on the site may only be delivered in: United Kingdom (UK, excluding the Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and to Sweden, as well as within United States (US), Asia, Africa and Oceania.(hereinafter the “Delivery Area”).
Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside this Delivery Area.
Notably for security reasons, BAKER STREET BOYS LIMITED shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a Cedex address has been provided.
The Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order.
b) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the Products selected, the total value of your order, and the shipping address. Shipping is free for all furniture and painting orders as well as for orders over £1,980.00
The cost of the shipping for homeware Products is calculated adequately to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.

c) Duties
Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties set by the destination country. When import duties are not displayed at checkout, you may have to pay import duties prior to or upon receipt of your order, or at a later date, depending on your customs authority.
e) Tax
All prIces displayed on the website are TAX. included.
d) Time Required for Delivery
The delivery time for homeware products is 7 – 14 working days and is operated by DPD, UPS, Fedex or DHL.
The delivery for furniture products is from 3 up to 5 working days from the day of the dispatch of the Product and is operated by DHL, UPS, DPD or Fedex. Please not that all furniture objects are made to order and their lead time differs from 6 up to 8 weeks.
For ‘limited edition’ products such as THE BOX Collection the lead time stands at 12 up to 14 weeks.
e) Delivery Problems
Any failure to deliver, late delivery, exceeding the delivery times stated in Section 8.3 should be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. No claims notified to us more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order will be taken into account.
